"We loved our stay in the cottage; we were there 4 days while visiting the Cotswolds. The cottage was centrally located to all the high points and Chipping Campden was a perfect place to begin. Chipping Campden has all you need for your stay including wonderful pubs and great shopping. The cottage gives you the warm authentic feel of an english cottage with all the modern conveniences . "We loved our stay here. The cottage has loads of quirky architectural features. It's remote enough to see the stars in the hot tub on a clear night, but has a lot of towns and villages around to drive to for days out, plus local walks which were detailed in the welcome book. We mostly stayed cocooned in the cottage as it's so warm and snug. The cottage is situated in a working horse riding stable so during the day people are coming and going in front of the cottage as they arrive and depart, so...

"We had the most marvelous time at this property. We were met by cherrie hosts Who helped us navigate their tricky entrance. The cottage is absolutely wonderful. They had milk, cookies, and chocolate poundcake waiting for us. The accommodations were modern and very clean and functional. The cottage had plenty of room for our family of 5 and just the right amount of everything. Everything was very clean and organized. "This cute little cottage is just a short walk from the train station. It is across the street from the beautiful church. All was as expected in terms of cleanliness, comfort and peaceful. Kitchen has all the essentials. Market close by. Stairs were steep and not safe for people with mobility issues but for us were manageable. Great restaurants near by. "

"I had a superb stay, the property was extremely well-equipped. Communication on how to find and pick up keys was very well done, all in all, I would strongly recommend, this made for a far more relaxed stay than hotels which I would usually use for my business trips. "

"Wendle Cottage is convenient, the property manager goes out of his way to help guests with any problems, the cottage itself is old but has a fairly new kitchen. It would have been nice to have a French press as there is only a pod type coffee maker. Other reviews have addressed the staircase and they are correct. It’s very steep and needs the handrails. It’s very close to the major grocery store and train. Would recommend cottage for it’s convenience to all of the Cotswolds."
