"Lovely big house and setting for the family, just a couple of things which would have made it 5* could do with a few more chairs in the living room especially if you have 6 adults or teenagers with you. The floorboards upstairs were a little noisy. No electric kettle or toaster. Overall the house was clean and had most things we needed for our family holiday. "

"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."

"Had an enjoyable short break at the Maple Lodge. Hosts were very friendly including the cats and dogs. Lodge was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you need. Bed was comfortable and slept well after all the walking and trekking. WiFi was intermittent and could probably do with a boost but it did not ruin our stay as we were out exploring the surrounding area most of the day. "The space is lovely and the view is stunning and inspiring. The kitchen is well outfitted and there are thoughtful touches throughout the home. Tricia and her family have clearly put a lot of thought and care over the years into outfitting it as a comfortable holiday cottage. She is also helpful with any questions or needs that arise and good about communicating. For female travelers... "Our stay at Apple Cottage was absolutely perfect! The cottage and surrounding gardens are straight out of a picture book and the location is perfectly appointed for getting to all the nearby Cotswold villages. When we return to England, we will definitely book it again!"

"One of the quietest places we have stayed. All worked as described. 8 or 9 minutes walk from town centre. We only used two bedrooms, but would strongly recommend E.g for a family with a granny."

"Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "
