"The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, we was able to check in earlier and I did request a bath originally didn’t have one but the lady came back up and got us moved to a new room with a bath which was lovely, all the staff was friendly, easy area ti get around we used the tram for most of our journeys but overall great hotel only 30 mins from the centre would definitely stay again "

"It was a beautiful property with lots of very comfortable private sitting areas polite staff. There was also ample parking which accommodated all conference delegates cars despite multiple conferences going on at the same time. Their conference facilities were excellent"
