The first floor offers multiple relaxing spaces, ideal for gathering or enjoying a good book. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances, and everything needed for preparing delicious meals. A guest bedroom on this level ensures accessibility for those preferring not to use stairs, complemented by new luxury mattresses for a restful night.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft await, featuring comfortable memory foam mattresses that promise a refreshing sleep.

Outside, the amenities continue with a gas grill for cooking, an outdoor dining table, and views of the meadow and foothills ensuring enjoyment in nature. Gather around the fire pit for marshmallow roasting or challenge a friend to a game of corn hole. Keep an eye out for local deer, adding to the natural charm of our neighborhood.

Owner has severe, life threatening allergies to animal dander. We are unable to accommodate dogs, cats, or other animals at this home.

Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.
Due to severe, life-threatening allergies, we are not able to host dogs, cats, or any other animals at this property. 

While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a collection of games to pass the time should the internet be out.

Seasonal outdoor amenities that may not be available in the winter and/or in pristine condition include: grill, outdoor dining area, and patio furniture.

E-Bike Rentals: $60/day
Snowshoe and pole rental: $25/duration of stay

Firewood Bundle: $20 (includes a bundle of kindling and large bundle of firewood)
