The home spans three levels, offering 4,500 sq. ft. of living space and 1,200 sq. ft. of outdoor decking, as well as a 400 sq. ft. terrace—ideal for relaxation and privacy. Smoking is allowed on the deck, and the gas grill makes outdoor dining a breeze. If you prefer to cook inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, including a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, electric stove with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a kitchenette on the lower level. You’ll also find all the essentials—sharp knives, cookware, pizza pans, toaster, coffee grinder and maker, and more. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, except for a private office in the basement, which has its own separate entrance, parking, and privacy fence.
