Perfect spot for a family with young kiddos! Located on a quiet culdesac, fully childproofed, and stocked with high chair, plastic plates, etc. and a nice backyard playground. Five minute drive to downtown, tubing on the French Broad and hiking trails, easy walk to Beaver lake and Community Yoga Center. Or just sit on the screen porch and watch the fireflies. Summer in Asheville is magic!
