Wonderful house, wonderful trip!
This house was perfect for a girl's trip. There were 7 of us, and we felt that there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, had an easy check-in process, and was in a fantastic location! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again during my next visit to Asheville!

Lovely Rental
Great house, great proximity to all Asheville has to offer. Very clean and modern, with a great living room hangout space. The only drawback was having to carry luggage up a long set of stairs outside to get to the entry. All in all, though, a wonderful stay!

Great location for weekend stay
House was as advertised - clean and well kept. Enjoyed its location in visiting the River Arts district, Downtown Asheville and Biltmore. Easy to get to on your own or via Uber/Lyft. The greenway is nice if you like to walk or run. So many great restaurants to choose from that are easy to get to as well.

Fantastic long weekend
Great place, as advertised. Good location, very close to the Biltmore. Love the running trail along the river just outside our door! Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning while watching the trail activity was a fun way to start the day. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Great Location
We were in town for a family wedding and the location was great for all our activities. Loved the walking/bike path along the river below the house. The house was clean but the lighting in the bathrooms could be better. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!
We loved this place. It was even better than the pictures. The house was well decorated and spotless. It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. We were located along the River District and everything else in Asheville was a short drive. It was large and spacious and even had a two car garage below the house. The only drawback was there were a lot of stairs if you had anyone in your party with mobility issues. We give this place 5 stars.

Great location
This property is very conveniently located to visit the River Arts District (a new treat for us!) and downtown Asheville shopping and restaurants. The photos are accurate. The house is new and very clean. Kitchens and bathrooms are nice and well stocked. Paper and cleaning products are plentiful and appreciated. We would have enjoyed some lamps in the living area to supplement the overhead lighting. Two of the bedrooms provide no drawer space and no seating. It will not be our choice for a return visit.

Great house with very simple changes that are needed
I am leaving this low star review so the owner can see how something so simple and cheap, can go a long way for travelers. We stay at VRBOs all over the place, including other counties, so we know what to expect from a good one. Overall the place was okay, didn't leave with that feeling that is was great because of some minor issues. Bed were comfortable, no cable TV wasn't a big deal bc there was a smart TV and we don't watch much TV, but for some people that might be a big deal. Location was good. This one could be great, but its sort of not. Here's the basic issues that need to be addressed: 1) Lighting - Get some table and floor lamps for the downstairs living room, i cant believe ive seen someone else post this same thing, without anything done about it. Its either extremely bright or super dark in there. $50 and this problem is solved. 2) POTS AND PANS!! - With all the great appliances and things in the kitchen, the pots and pans are some of the worst ive ever seen in a rental. Its basically like a camping gear set. 3) Extra blankets & throws - Sometimes someone is a little chilly on the couch or deck, and doesn't want to take the blanket off the bed to relax. Get some of these 4) That locked door from the garage to the upstairs living room - There was some key pad lock in the garage that was locked, no code was provided to us to unlock this, and it goes up the stairs to a locked door in the living room. I would have loved to have had access to get groceries and unpack things from the car this way and not through the cold outside. Provide your renters access to this door. 5) 10:00 am checkout time - 11:00 am checkout time is the standard time for all lodging, whats up with this extra hour. It made leaving a bit frantic bc of being rushed. Overall, thanks for the lodging but we will not stay here again.

Nice Place but We Have Suggestions
Aesthetically speaking the house was very nice. We were very excited about staying here and overall it wasn’t a bad stay but there were definitely improvements that could make this house a five star stay. The first and biggest problem with this property was the beds. All three beds were really bad...one was so soft you sank right into the middle of it and couldn’t get out. The other two were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor or a really bad pull out couch. This simple change would make all of the difference in the world. We read previous reviews that mentioned the beds being less than stellar but we wanted to still give it a try because the house looked so nice. A few other things that resulted in a 3 star rating were: no cable or DVD players and very few channels came through with the antennae, very unorganized kitchen (lots of stuff but just thrown in the cabinets), **construction from morning to night**. This really needs to be a disclaimer until the building on the street is complete. Construction crews started around 6:30 every morning and worked until dark. It was very noisy and there were times we couldn’t get in/out of our driveway because of all of the vehicles. Not an ideal situation for sleeping children. One last thing which is not something that is necessarily in the owners control is the lack of visibility when trying to pull out onto the main road from the street that the house is on... there are tons of trashcans and grown up over brush making it nearly impossible to see what is coming around the corner. It is quite a busy road and it made us very nervous. I am not one to write big long reviews but really felt this one was warranted because with a few tweaks this would be a great place to stay. We loved the location and convenience to everything. The living spaces were very nice and the washer and dryer were great... which is always a plus with sweaty stinky kiddos. Overall the beds would be the major factor in us not booking this home again... but if those were ever replaced and construction was completed we would definitely stay again.

Very nice place well outfit especially in the kitchen. However, there were five of us and there was only six rolls of toilet paper and we stayed there a week. Also paper towels seem like there was one roll. We like bacon we ran out of paper towels. As I said, the kitchen was very well out with pots and pans and bowls and things.

We enjoyed a kid-free long weekend in Asheville. This was a perfect home base for us. Two decks, washer and dryer, 2.5 bathrooms. It was perfect. Use of the garage came in handy to store our bikes. Highly recommend.
