The host met us upon our arrival and showed us around. The apartment was as expected, decorated very nicely and had everything you’d need for a weekend stay. Great proximity to downtown and the Biltmore. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again the next time we’re in Asheville.

Modern, comfortable and very nice
Really a great property to stay at if you're visiting the area. Great proximity to the Biltmore and the shops in Biltmore Village. A mall is 6 minutes away as well. The road up to the property is twisty, but you're rewarded with the balcony view.

Darling retreat
This was a darling and immaculate property. It was as perfect for a quick getaway to Asheville. Strategically located between downtown and Biltmore Village it was easy to go anywhere we wanted. Jean did a lovely job decorating and keeping everything fresh and well stocked. We would gladly return on a future trip.

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and perfect. I brought my niece here and we loved our relaxing time there after our day adventures. Check in/out was very easy and Jean was wonderful and easily accessible if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Just what we needed.
We needed to be close to Mission Hospital and this VRBO's location was ideal. It was a good size for three of us. As noted, the kitchen is small but it served the purpose of being able to accommodate breakfast and snacks. Great communication with the host, who lives on the property. Would stay here again.

Great Stay
We had an amazing time in Ashville. We went up last second for a cycling event and the location was perfect. Our host was very nice and showed up into the property and let us know the in's and out's. The property was incredible and very clean. If we go to Ashville again we will definitely look to see if this is available.

Easy check in process and beautiful place! We loved the deck. The kitchen is very small but was fine for a short weekend. You could not cook a large meal in the kitchen but it was perfect for snacking and making drinks! We appreciated the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower.

Asheville vacation
The apartment was great. Very neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. The only negatives were; the couch wasn't very comfortable. The one corner seat was very worn and hard. The only other drawback was that we couldn't access network TV. We were able to watch Netfix, which was nice. Overall, a great place to stay.

Very clean. Good communication. Too many steps for seniors. Couldn't tell by looking at pictures. Tv not working properly when we got there, but they came and fixed it. Oven didn't work. Overall a good stay, just a few quirks. Would stay again except for the steps. Loved sitting out on the deck for coffee.

The apartment is a nice size and very clean. Mini kitchen had the necessities we needed. It was the lower level of the owner's house which is fine but good to know ahead of time (can hear voices sometimes). Host was lovely and communicated very well. We would have liked to be able to watch TV in the bedrooms. Netflix only worked in the living room but not the bedrooms - there was a dvd player and some options but nothing we would have watched :)

Beautifully appointed wooded getaway.
Nestled in a quiet community, this home was beautiful and offered an outdoor covered deck with beautiful views. Close to major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely recommend it to friends traveling here and hope to stay here again!
