The house features cozy furniture, balcony, grill, and an additional outdoor space immersed in the mountains. You can throw a rock 🪨 into downtown Asheville, while being a world away on Beaucatcher Mountain. It offers hiking opportunities and occasional bear sightings, yet it is still only a 5-minute drive to DT.
The home consists of two cabins/chalets on top of each other on a mountain top. Each chalet has its own private entrance. This listing is for the bottom unit, The Zurich Swiss Chalet #9B.

- Street parking is off of a cliff, so be careful as you are parking and exiting the vehicle. Assess your safety and steps before you get out of the car.
- Street parking not suitable for large vehicles as road is very narrow.
- Driveway parking in front of the house is reserved for the top unit, Zurich Swiss Chalet #9A, which is a different listing.
- You will need to walk down to end of snug driveway to stairs to your left to access the private entrance for chalet #9B. You may need to maneuver around top unit's parked cars. Please watch your step and walk safely while avoiding scratching their cars with the luggage.

○ Dogs must be up-to-date on flea and tick medication, as well as all required vaccinations. You must be prepared to show the up-to-date Rabies tag should the need arise.

We appreciate your support in following the above rules so we can continue to allow future guests to join us with their loved dogs.
