Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. "After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. "

"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Beautifully appointed and well-finished property, spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering, and the bedrooms and bathroom were very luxurious. Quality fixtures and furnishings made this a home from home and the hosts were very helpful during our stay. A lovely touch was the welcome pack of freshly baked bread, prosecco, savoury and sweet biscuit treats together with fresh eggs and milk and butter in the fridge. "A really nice property. Great location, parking outside, loads of extras to make our stay confortable - exceptional. Lovely sized rooms, loads of space, very well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay and the whole group would like to return sometime."

"The cottage was very quirky and filled with nick nacks and excess furniture. It looked like the owners still lived there. The spare bedroom ceiling had just been replastered and was still drying !! We had trouble with one of the toilets but this was dealt with very quickly and I have no complaints about the property manager. None of the electrical equipment was PAT tested."
