"This B and B was outstanding for attention to detail, immaculate condition and cleanliness. Their breakfast was delicious with a start of fresh fruit and scones, and a great breakfast burrito that day. A short walk to LLBean, it’s near all the attractions in Freeport. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay there!"

"This bed and breakfast was absolutely charming. The common space was well equipped with all types of entertainment, puzzles, games, tea/coffee, and a self service honor system minibar. The full breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the hosts seem to really enjoy sharing their home. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this bed and breakfast."

"It was very quiet when we were there, not too many people which was nice for us. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel look like it had been updated recently. We were very happy with everything, the only thing I did want to mention because I was a little bit disappointed in the continental breakfast. No sausage, no bacon, no eggs. "I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this hotel. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, hot water at all times, functioning WiFi, comfortable bed, easy and quiet climate control, fridge and microwave in perfect working order, and affordable price (off season). I did not partake in breakfast so I can’t speak to that. My only complaint is that the room doors slam SO loudly and people can be inconsiderate. "The front desk was very efficient and accommodating. The place was clean and well-run. Good breakfast. The only issues we met were: (1) the printer didn’t work but the front desk printed for us and (2) the elevator needed to be repaired, so had to use the stairs with a sprained ankle."

Bailey Island

"Hubby and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice watching the lobster boats go in and out of the bay every day. I actually did see a dolphin on our second day there but none after that. Getting in and out of the drivers side of our vehicle was a bit rough; as we used our new pick up truck to take on vacation, and there isn't a lot of room between the yard and the railroad tie wall. I'd return though. "

"This Bailey Island home’s kitchen was well stocked and the space provided us a safe haven with amazing views for the two of us and our 4 year old goldendoodle. We were able to make several day trips that were so worthwhile - Kennebunkport, Booth Harbor, Bar Harbor, and Portland. The communication with Sheri was outstanding! Recommend a few bottles of water to be added to the complimentary wine. "

Cozy Cottage with stunning views of Stover's Cove.

Beautiful, Relaxing Get-Away

"My aunt and I stayed for a week and we really enjoyed this beautiful venue! Very clean and well-appointed place ( expertly planned, cohesive decor). Lovely view of Stover’s Point Cove. Very friendly neighborhood that is close to so many attractions in the area. The hosts were VERY respectful of our privacy during our stay as well as available by phone to answer any questions. Loved it!"

Amazing Views, and Comfortable Spaces in this Well Appointed Sanctuary

Great family gathering spot

"This lovely home on Bailey Island served as a wonderful locale for our family gathering. Spacious deck with outdoor dining area, as well as several common areas inside. The upper deck was an added plus with day and evening views across the harbor. Upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and private. The main floor study/library’s sleep sofa may work for someone of a younger age,but was not comfortable for our guest. Several minor issues need attention, which the owner indicated would be worked on the following week. Both the owner and his personable assistant were very responsive during our stay. Parking and egress were a bit of a challenge, but one we adjusted to, and a backup parking area was available to us if we had needed it. The home has a very interesting family history, which adds to its charm. I could have easily stayed another week just to enjoy the views, the books, and art and historical items on the walls, etc. "
