"We really loved our holiday at Meridolio. The house is so well equipped and perfect for a multi generational family. We loved exploring the local villages and the many superb restaurants. The local train station also made it easy for visits to Rome and for getting to and from the airport. Jeanette and Francesco could not have been more helpful; when our family arrived at the airport and there was no car seat for our toddler grandson somehow they found one for us and delivered it to the house...

"What we expected and what we got, were really different. The listing makes it seem like it’s a big Villa with four bedrooms/bathrooms, all situated in one house. It’s really a duplex situation side by side with separate entrances. My 2 children and I were looking forward to having our own rooms to sleep in since we had been sharing hotel rooms on this trip. "The house was poorly prepared for our stay. The pool was green and was not ready for use till six days after we arrived and the pool patio was covered in leaves and had not been cleaned. The shower head and toilet seat in the master bedroom bathroom were broken and, within a couple of days, the bathroom developed an awfull smell.
