- the ground-floor exhibits a large bright and comfortable living-room with dining area, a fireplace divides the two. The living-room has a digital flat-screen TV and free WiFi connection. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Furthermore, a service WC is next to the entrance.
- The first floor has 3 large bedrooms with each three single beds. A bedroom includes a terrace, a bathroom with tub and shower. A second bathroom with shower completes this floor.
- In the basement is a spacious laundry room with washing and drying machines and drying rack
No lift available. Smoking not permitted. In the garden a BBQ grill is available for your convenience and relax. Inside Parco dei Poeti public fitness devices are available.
Casa Irma is 5 minutes away from downtown and long lake Ascona, 1 Km from Lido Ascona, 2 Km from Locarno and 2,4 Km from Monte Verità. From the ship landing in Ascona, ships take route to Brissago Islands or to the several Italian shop markets (Cannobio, Intra and Luino).
