"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. "Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. "The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Lovely Holiday Home.

"Lovely house. V clean house and pool. Lovely quiet area, would need a car to travel around. Very convenient to travel to various Towns and Cities. Manuel was always on hand to answer questions. Pool is a very added bonus especially in the warm weather. It was cleaned twice while we were there. Would recommend this property."

"The facility is top notch and a good spot to explore the Priorat wine Region. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The disappointment came from the restaurant undergoing a seasonal change of menu during our stay. The already limited choices were reduced further due to the availability of certain ingredients. Despite the many accolades and premature praises for the chef we found the dishes uninspired except for the lobster salad. All dishes arrived at our table lukewarm and the paella was borderline edible because of its high salt content. All in all dining was not an experience worthy of such a great hotel."
