"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. We called owner, she left our room key and instruction at reception, and we checked in without any issues. The breakfast has good choice. The stuff was very friendly and helpful."

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the...

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

"The apartment is lovely, very comfortable. Location is great, just across road from zillertalbahn, so getting about was easy. Aschau itself very small and quiet, but we liked that, Mayrhofen only short train ride away. Marina and her mum were lovely, will definatly be returning."

"Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. "Travel Charme Fürstenhaus am Achensee is an amazing place to stay! Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. I will be returning here many more times to come! Thank you for a fantastical stay!"

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast & staff

"Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

Everything was perfect!

"We had a fantastic holiday in Mayrhofen courtesy of the Gluck auf. The suite exceeded our expectations being modern, in great condition, and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel itself is in a great location on the edge of town which is just a short walk away. There's plenty of inclusive parking. We were greeted by Monika who is a lovely lady and was so helpful. Highly recommended!"
