Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gaststätte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der Rückseite.
Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung 38 qm, Schlaf-/Wohnraum mit Doppelbett und Ausziehcouch 1,40 m breit, für die 3. Person oder mit zwei Kindern möglich, Telefon, W-LAN und SAT-TV. Kochnische mit Mikrowelle. Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne, WC und Fön. Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel.
