"We had a wonderful time at Casa da Armada and the villa was spacious and comfortable. Our host was responsive and friendly from the time we decide to rent the villa all the way to our checkout. We loved the outdoor dining table under the grape vines. It is located in a rural setting but is only about 10 min car ride to town for groceries, restaurants and any other needs. Upon our arrival, we noticed that pool needed some cleaning. After notifying the host, a pool technician was sent the next day...

"Perfect size for 9 people. Good facilities within the property and enough space for 2 families. We encountered a couple of problems but generally dealt with quickly for example 2 wasps nest were dealt very quickly. Slightly frustrating that air conditioning in 2 of the rooms stopped working and we were without for the last 2 nights and engineer appeared to be unable to fix the problem. "

"The house is a very attractive modern structure, with a.pleasamt pool and about 25 minutes walk or a very short drive to the beach. The kitchen is small but well equiped. The mattresses will suit those who like very firm beds.The house was recently completed and like all new construction there are some issues: bare bulbs, plumbing that gives off occasional sewer smells, bathrooms with nowhere to hang the towels. These are all small irritants which the owner will undoubtedly address in the coming...

"Das Haus und die Aussicht sind unvergleichlich schön! Wir haben uns sofort sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Alles sehr geschmackvoll: die Architektur die Einrichtung,die Farben. Leider war die Heizung nicht in Betrieb, obwohl es ohne Unterbruch geregnet hat, und nachts zum Teil nur 14° Außentemperatur herrschten. Im Haus wurde es dadurch sehr kühl. die Vermietungsagentur beschied mir, dass ich die Heizung im Voraus hätte reservieren, respektive buchen müssen. Jetzt sei es nicht mehr möglich die Heizung...
