"Owner did not answer requests for access direction. We called and the person who answered suggested we check WhatsApp. No messages on WhatsApp. We contacted VRBO support, who were very good and tried to contact the owner. The owner immediately cancelled the reservation and emailed us that he would refund our deposit. Fortunately we were able to secure alternate accommodation at a local hotel. Not able to rate Cleanliness, etc as we never got to see the property ( so just put a 1 star)."

"A very well-equipped, stylish and comfortable apartment with flexible space to relax, eat, sleep and work. Although we spent a lot of time exploring, it was also fun to have the large-screen television and Netflix for quieter evenings in. The shower is very luxurious! We really appreciated the warm welcome and prompt communications from the owners too. The flat is close to nice parks and useful shops, and a short walk from the centre of town."

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Owners met us at the door and provided a tour of the apartment features. We loved the warm touches that made it feel like home. It was also well located for walking to sites. The owners were so kind. Provided some yummy breakfast muffins, bottled water and cold beer. Check in and check out were easy. Would stay there again the next time we are in Santiago."

"Nice apartment on ground floor. We used it as a base to explore the city. We were quite happy with the accommodation. May I suggest a kettle for the kitchen. Overall a good place to stay not far from the Cathedral. Regular buses pass by the apt and costs only 1€."
