On the ground floor of a well-maintained residence, this apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. The apartment enables guests to enjoy indoor and outdoor living. There is a spacious shaded loggia which acts as an outside living/dining area. With attractive furnishings and striking sea views. The veranda is furnished with a dining table and armchairs for relaxing in the open air. Large French windows lead into the sitting room, which has a sofa, comfortable armchairs and an open fireplace with a flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer.

As part of an elegant complex, the apartment offers access to the swimming pool (shared with 5 other apartments).

Location
The apartment is on the hillside above the village of Golfo Pevero, to the south of Porto Cervo, on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda. Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful are close by including Spiaggia del Principe, Liscia Ruja and Capriccioli, which offer an idyllic setting for relaxing in the sun and bathing in the turquoise waters.
The centre of Porto Cervo (5 minutes) features a main square surrounded by luxury stores and outdoor cafés. Porto Cervo is also famous for its exclusive marina, which hosts luxury yachts from around the world. It is a great place for people spotting.
There are many night markets nearby including San Pantaleo (15 minutes) and Cannigione (20 mins) where you can find a wide variety of local crafts, fashions and fresh produce.

Olbia\'s airport is about 35 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
