Modern and comfortable flat in a newly built building in the north of Gran Canaria, only 300 m from the beach of San Andres.

The flat is located on the first floor of a holiday building, with capacity for three people, it has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The flat is fully equipped with all the basic utensils necessary to enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay.
The roof terrace, shared with two other studios, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the beach. The smaller terrace belonging to the flat is private. All amenities are close by. It is not necessary to rent a car, but we recommend it for flexibility. The driving distance to the city of Las Palmas is about 10min. Good connections to all parts of the island.

Bus station nearby. Parking is easily found in the surrounding area.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00.
Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email. Please remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, as well as your online guest registration. Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 16 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given. In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.

We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the full safety of our guests. The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff.
