"The hotel is very average, very slow on service. On arrival, the lady cleaner really tried her best to help us but the bathroom/ toilet facilities were not working, leaking and after complaining about it we were moved to another facility. The bathroom area is hazardous due to lack of water mopping equipments after showering."
