The location couldn’t have been more perfect, situated in the heart of everything, yet offering a serene escape. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. I can confidently say that my time at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel was nothing short of five stars, and I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay."

"Our stay was very bad. It was very noisy due to the traffic, but since we choose this location, I didn't complain this. The hotel recently changed its name, but didn't reflect on the web accordingly, so it took quite some time to find it. The washroom layerout was terrible, there was nothing provided for room service. The room was even barely for backpacker, except it was bigger. Overall, I will not recommend it at all."
