"This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much. "

"We had a very nice stay at JosiLo2. The interior still feels new, it's super clean, practical, well equipped kitchen. The pool is clean, big and great for kids. Best part are the views to the hills and the sea. The hosts were super friendly and left a very helpful guide in the apartment. Check-in/check-out super flexible and comfortable. "Lovely villa and pool - wish I'd asked for the sun terrace table and chairs as per the photo As these were not available to us. Possibly a simple phone call would have had them made available... Everything else was great. As with all properties a few basics to help keep the property clean would have helped. Rubbish bags, cleaning cloths, cleaning products."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Finca. It is in a peaceful and pretty area just outside the town of Arta. We found it to be even better than the description. The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful additions. We loved our relaxing stay and would love to return one day. Thank you!"

"We stayed here pre-covid and loved it, but it lacked air con and wifi. Both of those issues are now fixed - aircon in the main bedroom and the lounge, and very fast wifi. Plus there's a new smart TV. Arta is a beautiful, peaceful small town with fabulous restaurants. This is a fabulous property; the garden is an oasis of tranquility and the recent upgrades make it perfect. We'd recommend getting a car, but be aware you need to park in the car park by the old train station otherwise you'll get...
