"We enjoyed the property very much. The elevator is a nice touch. The property manager was extremely nice and helpful. Could hear the neighbors television at night but they lowered it once we wrote them a note and slipped it under the door. Overall a very nice place in a very nice town."

"What a great place to stay. Marta sent me everything you could possibly need prior to arrival and was great about communicating through WhatsApp and email. The place was spotless and had everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks stay. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town to visit family."

"We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"Property as advertised and then some. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax while the rooftop provided the most serene moments. Well appointed and great for those who choose to cook. A note for future reference, to open the door to the apartment turn the key counter clockwise 2.5 times 😁. Dirk and Michelle were great communicators and helped us every step of the way. "Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Die Vermieter haben uns super freundlich und warmherzig empfangen. Sie waren immer per whats app oder telefonisch ansprechbar und haben uns sehr geholfen, eine gute Autowerkstatt zu finden als wir uns den Außenspiegel beschädigt hatten. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles nötige war vorhanden! Im Kühlschrank wurden wir sogar mit einer flasche Weißwein empfangen, ebenso waren Teebeutel und ein paar Kekse vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat gut gearbeitet, ist allerdings...

"The proprty is very nice, secure and clean. We were there a week and it was a great base for visits we made in Abruzzo and Pulia. The one thing needed in today's world is internet and unfortunately, their's did not work well or at all. Everything else was fine."
