Amazing place for families

Went with my family and friends and had an amazing time. The house was very nice with lots of amenities. We came back early from a planned day just so we could enjoy the house more.

Wonderful property. Secluded with wonderful view. Yet very close to town and shopping. Everything was pretty perfect.Family of 10, parents with 3 adult children and spouses 2 kids ages 4 & 1. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Game room, family room and enough space for everyone at the table. Wonderful back yard with swings, hammocks and enough stuff to keep everyone entertained. We used the hot tub and the fireplace almost nightly. We have no negatives. We plane to return

Perfect Family SPot

This was a perfect vacation spot. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we could ask for. Toys and a backyard playground for the kids, game room with pool table, etc for the adults. The kitchen was big and there were plenty of bedroom spaces and bathrooms. Close to the surrounding town with beautiful beaches, shops and Avila Barn. Our hosts were fabulous communicators and answered every question I had very quickly. This is a must stay at place for large families with children.Thank you Bethany and Steve.

Wow, just wow!! We stayed here for a little family getaway to pismo and we were blown away by this home!! Had everything you could imagine to keep you entertained, we didn’t feel like going out! Hot tub, cornhole, swing, hammock, game rooms with pool, foosball, air hockey. Movie room with comfy couches and recliner, ski ball! We made smores out on the fire pit. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs to play in. They loved it. The view is so beautiful, great scenery very peaceful with lots of wildlife saw a woodpecker and rabbit! The home was very clean all the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and the beds and couches were all comfortable. Check in and check out process was easy. Overall can’t recommend this home enough, made so many memories, and we will definitely be back!

Great family getaway

House easily accommodated 2 families with 9 people. Plenty of space and activities for everyone. Nice location up on a hill and close to town, beaches, SLO. Owner was super responsive and considerate.

Great place for the whole family

The house is well maintained, all the beds are very comfortable. Great large yard for the kids and your dog. Lots of games, activities and a nice hot tub. Nice quiet neighborhood. This was our second trip here. Plan to come back many more times.

Fantastic Vacation

The property was perfect. It had every amenity you would need. It has a great game room. The host were great. There were eleven of us and we fit comfortably. Our family had a fantastic vacation at this property. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

This house was clean, spacious, pet and child friendly. Our kids had so much fun with the games, toys, hot tub, and huge backyard. Very well organized and very thoughtful touches around the house for a vacation rental. Would highly recommend.

Great weekend trip!

The house has plenty of room for a large group! We never felt crowded or pressed for space. We had 7 teens and they were never bored, the game room is awesome! The drive to Pismo is about 10 minutes. Lots of local restaurants and great wineries of course.

Wonderful home with everything!

We had such a great time at this home! We came for a sports tournament and had teenagers 15-18 and parents. The kids had a blast with all the games and fun! The kitchen was well stocked! The property is beautiful! We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great place to gather for large events

We had a wedding at our family home and needed more space to house guest. The house had plenty of room and very nice accomidations to stay comfortably. Very easy check in and clear instructions for check out. We thank the owners for all their help and enjoyable stay.

Home away from home!!!

OMG, We love this place. This is our second time staying here and it definitely doesn't disappoint. Everything is so clean and feels like home. The game room is well stocked with games for everyone, including pool, Foosball, air hockey, board games and they also added skiball in the ither room. Plus the backyard has play structures for kids of all ages. We love this place and can't wait to come back again and again!!!!

A view & spacious house!!

The house was incredible from the views & décor! The house was so well stocked with everything you could think of. Having both side living rooms/game rooms was great with such a big group (we were 13 total). Even in the summer, the hot tub was a great touch. Only thing that sucked was the limited amount of hot water for showers/sinks because it comes from a tank.

Amazing Property in the Central CA Coast

Location: Very close to Arroyo Grande Village and easy short drive to Pismo and Avila Beaches. Edna Valley wines are just down the street.Amenities: Incredible. Hot tub, Fire pit, huge yard and every game/activity conceivable. Well stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. We prepared several meals on-site.Owner Communication: Responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Overall: Great place for our group to celebrate the new year. Would highly recommend.

Great place for families

We loved staying at this home. It was the perfect spot for our family trip. We had three generations and needed lots of rooms and entertainment. The kids loved the gameroom, piano, backyard and big house with lots of room to run and play. The adults loved each having our own bedrooms and the huge family table and stocked kitchen. We had several questions during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond with answers and offers to help. We loved the family room and it was perfect for the superbowl. Would love to stay here again.

Fun house

This house was perfect for our annual family New Years Eve vacation. We have been doing this trip for 30 years and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever rented.. and the game room kept the whole family entertained. The location was great and the terrace with hot tub and fire pit made this a perfect stay. The manager was responsive and we never had to ask for anything. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent Place for a Family

Getting our two boys and their families together is a challenge. When we do we want everyone to have fun together. This house was perfect for that. Activities and games all ages could do together and age appropriate games when children and adults wanted to break into groups. It is a few minutes to Pismo Beach and the charming town of Arroyo Grande. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and Johnny-on-the-Spot if you need any assistance. We highly recommend this house.

Christmas 2023

My family of six stayed at the home of Bethany and Steve and it was wonderful! Their home is perfect for large groups and the floor plan is spacious. The home is licated on a quiet street and the backyard views are Heavenly. The rooms are furnished nicely and very clean and well kept. The kitchen was sticked with everything a cook would need. We definitely plan to visit this area again and will keep this home in mind as our first choice.

50th anniversary celebration

Great house, loved the decor. Stylish but casual and comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Great location, outlying but still close to beach, parks, stores and the Coast. Beautiful view and grounds. Great deck, firepit, spa. They thought of everything. Game room was well equipped. My husband won the Nine Ball tourney 😄 The bar was convenient! Board games, lots of toys for the kids. Skiball was a hit with everyone. It was a great celebration for our family and friends that joined us. We would love to stay again

Wonderful property

We checked in a little early and we’re delighted with what we saw. With grandkids 5 and 7 they felt like they were in a game arcade! So many toys and games. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The deck, swing, and hammock were big hits. There are 3 large, comfortable sitting areas. The kitchen was efficient and had all spices available. The hot tub was fun for everyone. The adults played pool and the kids played air hockey. We highly recommend this place for families with or without young children. A very nice, quiet neighborhood.

Amazing home near the beach!

Very beautiful, spacious, comfortable house. It’s like your home away from home with all the extras the host has available at the house (air fryer, beach supplies, toys, and entertainment for all ages; among the many things!). My family and my sister’s family stayed at this house very comfortably. We had kids ranging in ages from infant to18 years old and there was something for everyone and they were all entertained at all times while at the house. We have stayed in many houses from multiple rental sites over the last few years and this house is definitely one of our top three. The host responded promptly and were so kind and thoughtful, they even left the supplies needed to make s’mores and reminded us to use the whole house fan when the weather started to warm up (whole house fan worked very well and no issues with house being to warm). My family and I would highly recommend this home to others. Definitely a great pick you will not regret!

A beautiful dog friendly place for the family to enjoy

Our family had a great time at this house. It’s big/spacious enough for our family trip with 2 of our fur babies. The game room was the fav for the kids (and the adults) with plenty of games to enjoy. The kitchen had all you need to cook/bake/grill. They had a big dining table for the whole family to enjoy meals together and plenty of family room-like sections to chill/relax/enjoy games. Did I say spacious? I did, but I must say it again, you have plenty of space to escape to if one of the fam members is getting on your last nerve! The backyard was heaven for my furbaby. So much space to run and play, and they had a playground for those who have little kids. Hot tub was a definite plus, it was very clean. The table fire place was great for s’mores! They had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. They also had food and drink bowls for pets! There’s several grocery stores to choose from in the area and the house is not too far from the beach and shopping/restaurants. The hosts were easy to get a hold of on the app and were very friendly and provider clear instructions. I definitely recommend this place!
