The space
Three bedrooms, all opening up to the balcony; the master with a super king bed and ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms with - queen bed in each.
The separate studio above the garage has a double-sized bed and is accessed via outdoor stairs - this space is available when booking for over 6 guests, or can be reserved for a set fee. Maximum amount of guests at the property is 8.
The main bathroom is spacious with vanity, bathtub, mirror and heated towel rail. A separate shower room and separate toilet are off the main hallway; particularly convenient when having friends staying together.
The open-plan dining and living room enjoys mountain views and opens onto to the wrap-around deck where you can relax on the outdoor seating and cook on the new portable Weber barbecue whilst enjoying the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, large new fridge with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, bullet blender and toastie maker. Crockery, cutlery, and glassware is all new and plentiful. You’ll also find it convenient to have some basic cooking supplies in the pantry; oil, salt and pepper.
Hotel-quality linen and loft mattress toppers make for a luxurious nights sleep, well needed after a day touring the Gibbston Valley wine region or biking one of the local trails. Plush white towels and Ecostore hair and body products are also provided during your stay.
New thermal-backed blackout curtains have been installed in the bedrooms and living areas.
A ceiling fan in the main room provides airflow in the summer months.
New carpet, heaters in each bedroom, and a heat pump and wood burner fireplace in the living area ensure comfort in the winter months.
Laundry is located within the house - with a washing machine, dryer, washing tub, and clothes pegs - and is available for guest use with washing powder provided.

Full access to the three-bedroom home is available for guests.
The one-bedroom studio above the garage is only available when booking over 6 guests, or on request, and otherwise will remain locked.
The garage is not for guest use. A shed within the garage is available storage of bikes, ski gear and fire wood.
Other things to note
The one-bedroom studio above the garage has a double bed and no toilet. The steps leading to the studio are relatively steep and care must be taken when accessing this space. It is not recommended for elderly or young children. The studio is available upon special request.
The walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked for owners storage. A small hanging rod is provided in the hot water cupboard in the master bedroom as an alternative.
