Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr unbequem (durchgelegen) und im Kinderzimmer waren beide Lattenroste beschädigt. War für uns nicht allzu relevant, da wir keine Kinder haben, sollte aber dennoch behoben werden.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung - wir haben uns wohlgefühl

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war sauber, hell, gut ausgestattet und mit separatem Kinderzimmer. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einzig bei den Betten hätten wir uns im Elternschlafzimmer bessere Matratzen gewünscht. Die waren für uns (Vorbelastet mit Bandscheibenvorfällen) grenzwertig.

Zweckmäßige schöne Unterkunft

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Für vier Erwachsene ideal. Eine fünfte Person müsste auf dem Sofa mit Schlaffunktion schlafen. Kuche ist sehr gut ansgestattet. Vom Dosenöffner bis zur Kuchenbackform ist alles da. Schöne großer Balkon! Leider hatte es Mitte November bei Anreise nur 9 Grad in der Wohnung. Lies sich jedoch schnell aufwärmen.

Typische Ferienwohnung, quietschende Betten

Einrichtung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, in dem Schlafzimmern sind genügend Schränke vorhanden. Betten quietschen, sehr alte und unbequeme Matratzen. Betten mussten selber bezogen werden. 5. Schlafmöglichkeit ist die Schlafcouch. Küchenausstattung ok, Ofen kann nur Temperatur geregelt werden. Keine extra Beleuchtung im Kochbereich, abends Kochen oder abwaschen also schwer. Keine Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden. Sauberkeit ok. Badezimmer klein aber ok, Boiler für Warmwasser, schwacher Wasserdruck

Verbesserungen notwendig!

Leider war eine gemeinsame Bestellung von 2 nahe beinanderliegenden Fe.wohng. bei der Buchung nicht möglich,da es keinen Lageplan gab und auch eine individuelle Email abschlägig beantwortet wurde.Entgegen der Versprechungen auf der Internetseite gab es kein Restaurant in der Feriensiedlung und der Badeteich und die Umgebung war in sehr schlechtem Zustand(Bänke kaputt,Spielplätze schlecht gewartet).In der Fe.wohnung war der Teppich voller Hundehaare und in der Kaffeema. eine verschimmelte Tüte.

Alles gut

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Holz verkleidet. Ein Hüttencharme den wir mögen. Nachteil: wenn so eine Holzhütte längere Zeit geschlossen ist, hat man den üblichen Hüttengeruch. Der verfliegt nach einem Tag lüften. Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, vom Platz alles sehr großzügig gestaltet, TV ist top, Couch sehr bequem, Aussicht vom Balkon gut, Matratzen vom Bett gut, alles sehr sauber. Die Anlage gepflegt, beim Spielplatz könnte das Gras gemäht werden, Dusche neu. Der See ist schön.
