They sent helpful pictures and directions for check in, and they sent info about the breakfast they serve. We were so glad to add on the breakfast for our first day in Sibiu. Because of its historic classification some things can’t be changed, so for example be prepared to carry around your big old keys to get into your room and the hotel front door.
