"Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. "

"Als ich angekommen bin, wurde ich bereits mit meinen Name herzlich begrüsst. Das Checkin verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Einzelzimmer hat alles geboten, was für einzelne Person benötigt. Sauber und das Bett war bequem. Mir ist aufgefallen, das Personal sehr herzlich und freundlich einem betreut. Fragt nachdem Schlafergebnis und der zufriedenheit am Frühstückstisch persönlich. Man fühlt sich rundum aufgehoben. Das Hotel liegt, etwas Steil oberhalb der hauptstrasse. Kann gut zufuss erreicht...
