For Checkin details (code) I have to go through a complicate application or website from the hotel organisation.. WHY??? "Zimmer wurde lustlos sauber gemacht. Bettdecke einfach wieder übers Bett geworfen, Kissen, was wohl über Nacht runter gefallen war, lag noch in dem Spalt zwischen Fenster und Bett. Überwurf wurde auch nicht wieder auf das Bett gelegt. Reinigungsmaterial wurde in Bad vergessen.. Das Einzige, was aber eigentlich nicht nötig war, es wurden die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Personal hatte wohl nicht wirklich Lust was zu reinigen, sonst hätte sie / er gemerkt, dass die Sprühflasche mit Putzmittel bei uns...
