Dúplex situado en la Urbanización El Encinar, a 60 metros de la famosa Playa de la Arena, en Isla.. galardonada con múltiples premios de belleza paisajística, Bandera azul, habilitada para minusválidos, etc. Muy cerca , en la desembocadura de la Ria se forma otra playa , de extraordinaria belleza,  que en periodo estival es nudista.
El apartamento dispone de salón.

Dúplex situado en la Urbanización El Encinar, a 60 metros de la famosa Playa de la Arena, en Isla.. galardonada con múltiples premios de belleza paisajística, Bandera azul, habilitada para minusválidos, etc. Muy cerca , en la desembocadura de la Ria se forma otra playa , de extraordinaria belleza,  que en periodo estival es nudista.
El apartamento dispone de salón. comedor , aseo , cocina americana y terraza en su planta inferior (1º piso) y dos habitaciones (ambas con terracita) y  baño completo en la planta superior. En el salón hay sofá-cama .
Televisión, ropa de cama , sábanas y toallas , tendedero, cafetera, plancha, tostadora, batidora,microondas,  menaje de cocina, cubertería y cristalería complementan el equipamiento de la vivienda.  
La urbanización es muy agradable, con muchas zonas verdes y dispone de 2 pistas de tenis, piscina de adultos y niños (el uso de gorrito es obligatorio// abierta en temporada de verano únicamente) , pista de patinaje infantil, etc. todo a disposición gratuita de los inquilinos del apartamento.
Desde la playa de la arena parte una ruta de senderismo bordeando la costa hasta las otras playas de Isla (la del Sable y Los Barcos) que impacta a todos los visitantes sin excepción. Y muy cerca , a 3 km. se encuentra el Ecoparque de Trasmiera que organiza  visitas guiadas por las marismas de Joyel, uno de los humerales más importantes de aves migratorias de Europa. El Parque de Cabárceno y Santander  se encuentran a tan sólo  a 45 km. y Santoña (una villa marinera con mucho encanto) se puede visitar a 10 minutos en coche.  
Se admiten 1 mascota máximo con un suplemento opcional. El apartamento dispone de plaza de garaje cubierta situada en los sótanos del edificio sin coste adicional.
En verano hay múltiples actividades al aire libre para niños y mayores  organizadas por el Ayuntamiento y en la oficina de turismo de Isla se  dispone de servicio de paseos en bicicletas gratuitos.

Average apartment
Not very good value for money. This summer we spent 4 weeks away - this property was the most expensive we rented, but the poorest quality. The apartment is very small. There were 5 in our group (2 adults and 3 children) and we struggled with the space. It is more suitable to 2 people than a family. There are balconies, but you cannot fit more than one person on each, so there is no chance of eating outside. No AC, no fans. Some of the furnishings were very old and tired. The washing machine looked like it was 30 years old. We could hear every noise from our neighbour (and they must have been able to hear us). The swimming pool was poorly maintained, small, and hard to access. The parking space was a long way from the apartment (not ideal with children and luggage). We had to pick the key up at the apartment office, which was annoying, as there was nowhere to park near the office. On the positive side, it is a nice quiet area, close to a beautiful beach.
