"Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"

I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better...
