Everything you need for a hassle free vacation. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Set up great for an extended stay!

Parking: one stall, under the building, inside. Enter from the north, with elevator access. Outdoor Parking first come first serve.

Great vacation
We had a fantastic time in Okoboji and staying at this particular property. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be looking to return. The view from the back porch was the perfect way to start and end our days. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (teen and two tweens). It has everything you need to cook/grill. The rooms were very comfortable and the deck offers an amazing view of the lake. The water park offered weather day activities (indoor swimming) and was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

Quick weekend away
Gorgeous lake views. Only downside about the town- many restaurants and shops close Monday and Tuesday, so check into that before visiting okoboji. We loved the location and the town and all of it. Highly recommend.

Great Golf Weekend
We were in Okoboji for a couples golf tournament. We loved the condo and it was a great central location to get to restaurants, golf courses, etc. We loved the view and the open living/dining/kitchen was perfect. We definitely recommend this beautiful condo!

Amazing Lake Views
My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The property and the location were perfect for enjoying Okoboji for the weekend. The views from the balcony are amazing. The property had everything we needed to do our own cooking but is also close to restaurants.

Condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities provided for anything we needed! Quiet with a fantastic view of the lake. Just a quick walk to the resort where we had access to all the resort activities. All in all the best Okoboji has to offer!

Amazing patio with sunset view
We are very pleased with our stay and would absolutely one back. It beats staying at any of the outrageously expensive dirty motels in town! We really appreciated having some space with our 2 teenagers. The washer and dryer was nice to have, even though we only stayed 2 nights. At least we came home with clean pool towels and soccer clothes! The best part of this unit is the patio. Watching the sunset from there is a treat!

Beautiful lakefront condo
This condo had everything we needed, and an incredible lake view as well. We cooked dinner at the condo most evenings and lingered on the deck for sunset. Quiet, child friendly, and relaxing. Would love to stay here again!

Had a very good experience. Owner was responsive to issues that came up. Good view of the Saturday night fireworks. This was the second time we stayed here. Would recommend this property and the owner.

Nostalgic Trip
Owner forgot to have facility cleaned between rentals. Owner apologized and we quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Nice condo with great views. Good location with a short drive to Arnold’s Park. We really enjoyed our stay and the lodging was very comfortable and met all your needs. Would recommend and rent again if in the area.

Nice property
Very nice property . Would have liked to have seen the patio cleaned. Also outdoor water park was closed for maintenance or issues and was the primary reason we booked this property . So that was not ideal over a very hot weekend with what we paid for two nights

Long weekend away
With such beautiful pictures in the listing, I was afraid the condo wouldn't live up to the photos. But this condo is just like the pictures show. There is a beautiful view of the lake. Everything is in great condition. The weather was not nice when we were in Okoboji, so we spent lots of time in the condo, watching football and hanging out together.

disappointed in several things
1. No regular cable, only apple TV which requires premium memberships 2. Propane completely empty. Cost $30 to refill to use grill. 3. Poor precheck of property where several light bulbs were out.

Great unit! But beware of water park closures
The location of the unit is great and the view of the lake is fantastic. The accommodations were as to be expected - nice but not spectacular. We stayed in the unit over the Labor Day Weekend and the water park disappointingly had one half closed each day - either the inside or the outside area. They say it's because students went back to school and they can't adequately staff both sides, which I can understand but is nonetheless disappointing. They explained that they posted it on the website the day prior to justify the closure - as if that's when I booked the unit with the expectation of a water park area that was 50% larger. If you're going to pay peak season prices, it should be staffed like peak season capacity.
