"Very helpful young man checked us in & gave us early access to our rooms. The reception area is pleasant as is the Springs Bar. Rooms are adequate & generally clean but, as is common in so many hotel room the hoover does not clean the carpet edges well. Comfortable bed but terrible pillows & the duvet is too narrow. Yet to try the restaurant as there are many excellent restaurants nearby ( Vivido was really good)"
