"The listing description is very accurate, but the thing to note is the attitude and presence of the host. He met us at the door, helped us with our luggage, helped us with directions around town, and when it came time to leave, helped us with our baggage and the cab. Great place to stay. "

"Was unable to establish communication with the host on the day of check-in, kept trying the next day, the host ghosted me for 8 hours while I waited. Ignore dozens of phone calls from me as well. Finally got connected thanks to VRBO support and host informed me that since I wasn't able to get into the property on the first day that they can just keep my money and rent it out to someone else if they want."

"The apartment was very nice, clean, and the terrace was very charming. It is a little noisy, as one side faces the road and another side faces a university, but it didn’t bother us much. The host was communicative and responded fast when we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood, but it is safe and 10 minutes drive to everything in Istanbul. We would recommend the place to other guests."

"Wir waren 8 Erwachsene unterschiedlichen Alters .Die Wohnung war absolut für uns nicht geeignet. Dies wurde uns vorher leider nicht mitgeteilt. Preismäßig war die Wohnung auch für die Leistungen, die wir bekommen haben sehr hoch. Zum Beispiel gab es in der Wohnung nur eine Dusche, die nicht richtig funktionierte. Manche Elektrische Gräte waren defekt. Einige von uns wollten nach Check-in wieder eine andre Bleibe suchen."

"We were able to drop bags in early which was very helpful. Flat was clean and tidy, nice bedrooms. dining area a bit dark. Could be a problem with one bathroom if fully occupancy. Terrance was so lovely and nicely done with plenty of seating. If you have a bedroom at the front of the flat, don't expect to get too much sleep, so much noise from traffic out the front continuously throughout the night. "There is a metro stop within 1/2 mile, but the walk is up a long hill. Except for no place to buy a beer anywhere nearby, it was great. Very clean, very comfortable, excellent shower and hot water."
