"This property is about as basic as anyone can get. Lino on the floor in the bedroom, no working heating, cold water only during the day. The owners are very tight with money. One sachet of hairwash per day and the smallest bar of cheap soap. No bath plug, no sink plug, very old, tired looking bedding and filthy room with accumulated dust on the horrible light fitting.
