"Property is in need of refurbishment and maintenance. General appearance is past its glory days. Room was large and lacked seating area. Room was cold. TV was too low when watching it from only the location, the bed. Shower head was about to break, and sink faucet needed new washer. Toilet ran all night. "

"The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner. I don't know if this is practical for the hotel but it may be worth their while to offer meals in the evening. The restaurants we found had excellent cuisine. To be clear this is a suggestion and nor a complaint. I'm sure during high season this isn't a problem. We loved our stay."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"

"We stayed at this wonderful place and let me just say how perfect and convenient it was. This place is spotless! Comfortable! Spacious and peaceful. The pictures are exactly like the place. We had no issues and the host Bianca made our stay very easy , pleasant and perfect. I recommend this place if you have to be in that area! Having a rental car wasn’t any problem at all to find parking and walk the path to the unit. Thank you for this amazing experience !!! "
