This property has been renovated and was very well presented, neat & clean with good quality amenities and we were very impressed with the quality of the bed and the pillows! The bed and pillows were some of the best we have ever had in all of our travels and the shower had good power and was superbly roomy! (My husband and kids are all over 6foot a d they had no trouble enjoying a lovely hot shower after a 6.5hrs drive! Will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, comfortable and convenient for our 1 night stop over. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and it was great that he took the time to explain where things were and have a chat even though he was busy. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Armidale.

Friendly manager, very comfortable bed, great local dining recommendation, we loved the Goldfish Cafe breakfast. It was just a stopover for us and in our short time found Armidale to be charming. Magnificent sunset on arrival.

A well presented property with welcoming staff. Good location within walking distance to the CBD. Newly renovated room, little kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Modern bathroom. Room was clean and tidy. Some rooms are located upstairs so if this is a problem make sure you request a ground floor room.

Door to the room did not feel heavy and safe enough and didn't close easily without having to bang it shut. All white skirting boards had black marks on them that could easily be cleaned up with some Jif and elbow grease or repaint. Fresh milk upon arrival should be offered instead of UHT longlife milk. Hate that stuff. Attention to detail lacking in bathroom. Tissue box was virtually empty and there was some remnants of a mop left behind the bathroom door. Could do with a better shower head with more pressure. Parking arrangements are too tight. Concerned my car was going to get damaged. Spread out the spaces more and allocate spaces for each room would make it a bit better. Used the rear carpark and it was a tight left and right. Only one way so very difficult to know if anyone coming the other way. Needs a mirror to help with safety.
