"Brilliant property. Hosts were excellent, very professional and this made us very confident straight from the initial booking. Beautiful apartment. Quite a few stairs so tricky if you are not mobile. Location was excellent. In the midst of the town without being overly noisy. "Amazing apartment just a few minutes walk to the gate of lucca. Massimo was a wonderful and helpful host. Parking inside the property meant we didnt have to worry about finding a spot etc. Would highly recommend this place. We stayed in late fall / early winter and the power cost was approximately $15 per day for heat etc. So please budget this in your cost. Very comfortable and elegant property. "

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"The property manager, Tanya, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very well-equipped and furnished for a multi-week stay. It had comfortable beds and couches, a private outdoor terrace in the courtyard, and was stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies and extra bedding and linens.The wifi, heating, and water systems all worked well. The apartment is on a quiet street very close to the town center and a city gate. We highly recommend this apartment!"
