An Excellent Hotel; excellent service; great staff
Can't say enough about this fantastic hotel in Arles! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they were great. Fun breakfast! Our room was amazing. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. And we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The Hotel Du Musee has a great location in the Arles old town, which is car-restricted, and near restaurants where we wanted to eat. The staff was great, responsive, and amazingly helpful. We would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location on a quiet street within walking distance of many of the sites in Arles . The rooms are well appointed and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. All in all, a great place to stay!

Great hotel! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Loved the old building which gives it such charm. Bathrooms are remodeled and clean. Breakfast was a great start to our day. I will definitely stay here again! Are train was delayed to get to Barcelona and the staff helped us get a taxi to take us to Nimes so we could take our train! We would have missed our train otherwise.

Lovely family run hotel
Lovely, small family run hotel. Very nice breakfast, with good options, eggs, cheese & meats, yoghurt, cereals, breads and fruit. Not enough plugs in the room, but not an issue. I just unplugged a lamp when I wanted to use the hot water kettle.

French country find!
If you like quaint with loads of personality this place is for you. Very authentic French feel. Clean and comfortable. Our room had a newly renovated bathroom in a turret like room! Breakfast in their secluded outdoor patio was a real find! The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The furniture in the room is a bit run down (except the bathroom which has been recently remodeled) but you can't be the location, directly across from the Musee Reattu on a very quiet street near the river. The buffet breakfast is a standout, so good. The staff was nice enough but did not give enough info.

오래된 호텔이지만 직원들이 친절해요.
아를역에서 도보 10여분 거리에 있으며 론강과 아주 가깝고 고흐 카페와도 도보로 5분이내에 갈만큼 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 오래된 건물과 나무로 된 가구이고 계단이 많으며 엘리베이터가 없습니다.무거운 캐리어를 가져온 손님은 저층을 선택하시기 바랍니다. 하지만 주변은 조용한 편이며 청소상태는 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다. 룸에 개별 에어컨이 있습니다. 특히 남자직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 조식을 먹고 실수로 가방을 식당에 두고 왔는데 잘 보관해 주었습니다. 여자직원은 캐리어 보관 및 퇴실 후에도 호텔로비에 있는 룸에서 충분히 쉴 수 있도록 친절을 베풀었습니다. 조식은 특별히 맛있지는 않았습니다. 신선한 과일이 없고 과일푸르츠가 제공된 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 직원의 친절에 감사드립니다.
