We offer you 3 bedrooms two queen beds with TVs in each bedroom. Master bedroom with fireplace king bed with larger tv overlooking Castle Rock Lake amazing sunsets with a balcony off master bedroom to relax enjoy sunsets views of lake, with master bathroom with lavish shower and 2 person jacuzi to relax yourself in. Second bathroom has shower tub. We do supply towels and hand towels but not( beach towels). Condo will comfort you with large living room with pull out sofa and fireplace. Enjoy views from living room deck looking out over hole 3 which is replica of a Augusta hole. Large deck allows enough space for relaxation and gatherings.( No gas grills allowed on either Deck) or electric grills not allowed. Off living room there is a quit den for guest to relax and watch there own tv show with pull out sofa. From Living room there will be very nice dining room large dining room table that seats 6 to 8 people. Going into beautiful kitchen with all granite counter tops you can entertain having a large bar island with 3 bar stools for extra dining area and for your food to be served. With all amenities supplied for cooking other then gas grill or charcoal grill, kitchen offers full oven microwave, coffee makers mixer toaster oven, full refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Kitchen will invite you to share your time with your friends and family well with glasses plates silver wear dishwasher. For those who need to connect to internet there is fast free WiFi DVR for movie entertainment. You will find yourself relaxing and enjoying all the amenities surrounding you at Sunset Condominiums at Northern Bay. You can go to very nice beach on the lake or to the pool with nice hot tub. Take in some tennis or basketball and for the kids a nice play area near the pool. Bring the bike go for nice bike rides along the lakeside. See nature at its best. And best of all for you golfers excite yourself with playing one of the only mid-west has 7replica holes one master designed golf courses around.Just north you can test your skills on the new Sand Vallery PGA course first 18 holes done and open. Just 2 miles north you can test your skills at Lake Arrowhead golfing has 2 18 hole courses. Don't forget to treat yourself to fine dining at the club house and surrounding fine dining restaurants. Our condo is very close to the Tiki Bar that has great bands and DJ for your entertainment. There are pontoon rentals and jet ski rentals as well. Castle Rock Lake offers great fishing and swimming boating for all your adventures with bars and fine dining and a island for boating to and partying. You will enjoy your time at the Magnolia Loft. Come stay and play golf and enjoy yourself. Also under development now with first of 5 18 holes completed new highly talked about Sand Valley golf course only 15 minutes north of your stay at Northern Bay. The beach and pool were great, beautiful golf course views. Close walk to tiki bar, which had a pretty decent band Saturday night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun relaxing weekend.

My wife and I went out for a long weekend with 2 other couples and had a great time. The place was very spacious and clean. Rex was very accommodating and was easy to reach if need be. Would highly recommend!

Check-in was easy, the location is nice and easy to get to other facilities. We enjoyed the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and volleyball pit. We had a good meal at the on-site restaurant too. The only complaint was that the cleaners arrived at 9:40am on check-out day and came in while we were still packing up, we were told we had until 10:30 for check out.

Great large condo for golf getaway
This condo was in very nice condition with nice view of northern bay #3 fairway and green. Large 3 bedroom with plenty of dining and living space. Close by several golf courses. 40 min to Dells. Castle lake access.

Perfectly perfect!
This is an amazingly large unit with all of the necessary amenities. The combination golf course and lake views were glorious and we appreciated the privacy of the top floor. The unit was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The dining options in the area are quite limited though, so I'd recommend bringing a few meals. We'll definitely be back!

Overall experience was A+. We were 4 women having a relaxing girls getaway. The condo was beautiful & very clean. Overlooking a beautiful golf course. Swimming pool was clean, breakfast at grill was reasonable & delicious. Even had entertainment on Friday & Saturday night at Tiki Bar right in the grounds. Owner was a pleasure to work with & very accommodating. We will definitely rent this again & I would advise anyone else to as well.

We love Northern Bay
We had a wonderful week. The condo was clean. Check in and check out are very straight forward. We will definitely rent from Rex again. Condo is on the 3rd floor but the elevator makes it a non issue. This condo also has two great views. One deck looks out to lake and the other over the golf course.

Excellent Time!
We had a group of 8 getting together for golf and fun and everyone had great comments about the accommodations and stuff to do in the area. It was a short drive for us to golf at Sand Valley and of course great golf right at Northern Bay. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Rex was quick to respond to any questions and assured us we would have a good time, which we did. All of us would not hesitate to make a return trip. Thanks for an excellent time!

Very roomy condo. Great complex with many amenities ( pool, beach, tiki bar, tennis courts, basketball court, boat launch). We even had live music at the tiki bar. The condo description could be a little more clear on beds available (there is one queen bed in each of bedrooms 2 & 3 and one king bed in master). To sleep 8 or more you need to double up people in all beds and use pull outs. Great weekend for us. We used boat launch and enjoyed touring around the lake. Also close to Wis Dells and spent some time there on our way home.

Fantastic
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Rex was easy to work with and answered any questions that I had as I prepared for our stay. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted. I would definitely stay there again. We were not aware that we left something at the condo and Rex called me right away when he found it and asked if we forgot something. When we realized what it was he offered to drop it off. I cannot believe he went out of his way for us. He is an amazing owner that cares about the people he rents to. Not all owners are so caring.

Great vacation
Easy access to outdoor fun. Pool, beach, playground and golf all nearby. Spacious property made it easy to feel comfortable for a family even on a rainy day. Beds could use an upgrade, but everything else is top notch. Thoughtful supplies in the unit and well furnished.

Labor Day Get-Away
Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There was even a few spices in the cabinet, which I was very thankful for, since I forgot to bring my own. Rex was very accommodating and even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Its a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.. If I had a recommendation, it might be to update the living room furniture, but all in all everything was great.

Family Fun!
The condo was very spacious and the views from the decks were wonderful. The kids enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck. It was great to be able to walk to the Tiki bar on Friday and Saturday nights and the pontoon rental right next door. It is a bit of a walk to the pool/beach but they were very nice. There were TVs in every room but they could use updating. There was only one smart TV in the living room for the grandkids. We had a flat tire on one of our vehicles and the maintenance person was very helpful and filled it for us. All around a great trip!!!
