"Such a beautiful property and cabin. Feels like you are in the middle of no where minutes from town. Great views. The cabin was very clean and stocked with the things you need. Whether it’s sitting by a fire, watching a movie, or playing cards there is room to do all. It was a very short trip into town to eat lunch and shoot some pool. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. "

"Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall."

"The Sunday breakfast was outstanding as was their service. I don’t know if that’s available during the week as there don’t seem to be any other breakfast options in town. Not having any hotel staff onsite was unusual but must be the only viable way of keeping the hotel going. "

"From the moment we opened the door to the cabin we were in awe of how spacious and beautiful it was. We immediately felt at home. There were plenty of spaces to spread out and do different things. It was the perfect place for us to meet up with family from MN, IN and OH. We may have to come back for a Christmas gathering in the future! Beautiful views, secluded in nature. "The cottage was the perfect cozy spot! It was the perfect spot to host a girls weekend book retreat. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive!! The hot tub was perfect during these cold temps and the views were incredible. We loved the look of the cabin and the fire place. Highly recommend & hope to make it an annual tradition. "
