"I recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White Palace, and it’s safe to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The aesthetic of the resort is stunning—whitewashed elegance with chic, modern touches. The views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the number of pools (22!) means you never feel crowded. We especially loved the adults-only pool for a bit of quiet relaxation. The all-inclusive dining exceeded expectations. From themed buffets to à la carte restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and little touches like daily turndown service and local treats were appreciated."

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "

"A very charming small hotel. The hotel was an old olive oil producing village that fell into ruin. Each of the rooms has been renovated from small workers cottages to a charming standard. It is such a lovely, quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is idyllic, the only criticism would be that I think it should be adults only. The ambience was somewhat spoilt when there was a couple with a baby who was crying by the pool and had the parents speak baby talk which ruined the quiet setting, the hotel is much better suited as an adults only due to its quiet nature. Food was excellent, breakfast choice is vast and evening meals were always excellent albeit on the pricier side, but we ate there every night. The hotel is a bit isolated away from the main tourist areas but that suited us down to the ground to be somewhere quiet. We would return. "

"Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth 230-250 euros/night, with sea-view obstructed a lot by the front line bungalows. In the past we stayed at a cheaper, standard sea-view renovated room, main building section, which was better value for money than the more expensive bungalow(s)."
