"Really nice resort - the only problem is that the hotel rooms aren't always marked clearly so its very difficult to find the room and the front desk staff doesn't have a great map. Once you find your room and get your bearings - the resort is WONDERFUL"

Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes"

"My stay at Hotel Sherwood was amazing.The Sherwood family are very kind, warm and welcoming. My phone got wet during an excursion. They were so kind and gave me a big bag of rice, printed out a document for my data SIM and were understanding when I somehow lost my room key. As a woman solo traveler, I felt beyond safe and will definitely return. I’d also like to mention that the food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The property is located ideally. I was able to step outside to purchase a souvenir and walk less than a block for fresh fruit and to go to the bank. The AC was wonderful. The shower was hot and the TV adequate. Thank you for a great conclusion to my year Sherwood family!"

"Family run, personalized service. The property is untraditional with many unusually sized rooms and stairways… get past that and the personalized service will raise the experience to an acceptable level. The beds was good enough and the a/c works. A backpack style accommodation. "
