"Rooms were ok but not up to par for the money. Room service horrible. Ordered coffee, but received two cups and no coffee. They had to go back and get it. The second day , ordered two coffees and receive two teas after half hour. By the time we tried to decide if it was tea or coffee that was served, we were fed up and just drank it. When told at checkout, the front desk said since we drank it, they can’t do anything about it. Irresponsible front desk and poor service. "

"There is no property with such name. Expedia took money from me in the name of bogus hotel which doesn’t exist and after that they done have a customer service number where we can put our complaint. Worst company and I am going to posit about it on social media as well"
