"Staffs were very helpful but arranging for a taxi to look around trichy was a pain. Wish they were more helpful in arranging taxi/s for guests and could be more informative regarding the places to visit in Trichy as not everyone who visits is from Tamil Nadu. They could hand out some leaflets about places of interest/ temples (mentioning the distance of each place from this hotel) to visit to the guests which would be more useful. Overall it was a good experience."

"Facilities are clean and comfortable. Staff was great. But by virtue of location (central bus stand) it was noisy. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. There are a lot of food offerings around the hotel. Skip the restaurant at the facility, but if you must stay in , please, please do not have the penne arrabiatta :)"

"They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible. "

"It’s ok for budget and the restaurant serves decent food in this area . There was no hot water and towel rack was falling from wall . Shower gel was a small bar of soap and shampoo was a small capsule . Location is good "

"New Hotel, large rooms, have everything but no fridge. Friendly personal. Good Indian breakfast with chauffeur service at sister hotel. Bed is good, could be little softer. Good reception!"

"Our stay was quite average, below the expectations we were looking for. We were charged additionally for breakfast when we initially had booked with that service. The staff does not take international cards and none of this is mentioned prior to checking in. The food was very mid, and not very good. Would not recommend. The hotel is new so was quite clean and spacious room. Only thing would be to bring some warm clothes as the room gets quite cold with the AC on! Overall was a underwhelming...

"I did book 2 King Size Beds which can accomodate 6 people. I want a big room and seprate for my kid to have a bed to sleep. They saw me checkin with 3 member family and gave me small room.Hotel Team started convincing me that it's attached 2 beds and nothing different. But when I booked and paid for a room 2 king size beds then Why would I settle for a small Room. Finally in wake of wasting my time I settled to a small room. But this wasnt right as per my rights and Hotel bad practice they followed. I wanted to highlight this."
