"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. " A notre arrivée, que nous avions avertie être tardive, l appartement qui devait être laissé ouvert était fermé. Arrivés de nuit, avec un brouillard épais, nous sommes arrivés par l'arrière du batiment , où il y a d'autres résidences. Pas d'indication de la réception qui se trouve de l'autre côté de notre batiment, donc pas de contact visible. Après 3/4 heures dans le froid et les chutes de neige, grâce à une cliente, qui vivait la même mésaventure, on a pu appeler la gardienne. En nous...
