"A beautifully decorated property with amazing facilities in a quieter part of Maspalomas, plenty of grocery shops nearby and a taxi rank just over the road if you do not have a car. We were met on arrival by the owners who showed us around the property to make sure we were happy with everything and were happy to make recommendations for things to see, restaurants etc. Overall an excellent experience from start to finish"

"Arrived here late on a Saturday night and realised why the owner gives a key code and does not greet. The photos are years old and the place is a disgrace. Old, worn out, dead insects, threadbare and stained linen. The shower is covered in black mould and rust and looks very unhygienic. Sun loungers and sofa covered in disgusting stains. Curtains torn and stained. Absolutely no way this could have been refurbished in 2020 as claimed. Reviews on other websites complain of the same problems just...

"We had a great week - in a delightful friendly village. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we thought it was very good value. It’s a little tired and there’s a few nuisances like it’s hard to shower without getting bathroom floor wet. But that was compensated by changes of towels and allSorts of little extra’s like wash powder and spare loo rolls. "

"I can only echo comments written regarding the helpfulness of the owner. Property is as described and the large pool is just steps from the patio. Maspalomas centre and Melenares beach are a 30 minutes walk away. Happy to recommend this accommodation."

"Property was very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Sadly, because of Covid we had to cut our holiday short in order to return to UK. The owners were very understanding and even gave us a refund for the time we didn't use, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the TV which Juan Carlos tried very hard to put right but couldn't. We only had 1 English station, however Netflix worked perfectly. Also, the the advert shows the pool complete with sun...
