"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "This property below the Clock Tower was an amazing place to stay. Communication with the owner was stellar with prompt and very clear directions. We were toured throughout the house and then personally guided to the beach- which was fantastic because I don’t know if we would have found it otherwise through all the winding paths! "The property is beautiful . I would go back there again . It has an amazing view overlooking olive trees and Nafplio in the distance . Its very quite and isolated . The only issue was getting to the correct driveway when we first arrived there . Perhaps a sign would be helpful ."

"Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. I would suggest beach towels. But overall very nice location."
