"Kostas is super friendly person taking care of us at every step, recommending stuff. During our stay, fridge broke down, we had it replaced with no questions at all in under one hour - I was very happy with that. "The room was spacious and clean with good self catering facilities. Staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. Pool area was ok and pool is cleaned by a robot sweeping the floor but there was a tide mark around the water level of the pool wall that could have done with a manual clean to remove. It took about 30-40 minutes to walk into Corfu town but there is a bus that goes outside the hotel. It is a bit far but if you want a pool in lovely grounds and nice apartment at a great price this...

Excellent but average food
"Lovely stay at the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The drinks, hotel, staff and facilities are 5 star…however the food was not to the same standard and room service very slow/average for the price. There was always bed/table service by the pool, beach and at the various bars. I would return, but given limited daily food variety I would not stay longer than 6-7 nights. People we spoke to mentioned the quality and dining options had changed since their previous stays in 2023. As a young couple without children we had a great time."
